Our Compression Obsession

We started Gams to share the benefits of compression socks with other hardworking women.

We are two women, a physician (and working mom) and a designer, who have an obsession with compression.

We both know first-hand the benefits of compression socks - during a long work day under scrubs in the operating room, while sitting though countless Zoom meetings at a desk, traveling on airplanes, and throughout pregnancy. 

Frustrated with the thick and itchy options on the market, we set out to design and produce the perfect type of compression socks for hardworking women on the go.

We worked closely with a sock mill based in North Carolina and tested hundreds of prototypes to bring you the highest quality and most comfortable compression socks.
